Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am to 11:30 am
All bookings must be made by phoning our friendly reception team on 02 9399 9399 or by booking online through HotDoc.
Standard appointments are 15-minutes in duration.
Please book a 30-minute appointment if you:
wish to discuss more than 2 issues during the appointment
require a full check-up
have a sports injury or a musculoskeletal problem
require a procedure (e.g. Cervical screening) or travel advice
are having a care plan created
or require:
Vaccinations (Childhood and Travel)
Contraception Devices (Implanon)
Ear Syringe
Excisions
Health Assessments and Wart Treatments.
If you have an urgent medical problem please let our reception staff know and we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

Pregnancy & Antenatal Shared Care
Being pregnant is a time of mixed feelings and emotions. Happy, excited, nervous, tired and nauseous, all at the same time! It can often be a little overwhelming. That’s why we are your first point of call and support every step of the way.
The majority of our Practitioners are accredited with the Antenatal Shared Care Program at the Royal Hospital for Women, and all experienced in liaising with private Obstetricians.
As our patient, you will receive an Antenatal Pack with the most important information for a smooth and healthy pregnancy.

Mums & Bubs Check-Ups
At Your Doctors Randwick, we love nothing more than watching our patient’s families grow and thrive. Our Practitioners are highly experienced in the early stages of child development and offer regular check-ups and childhood vaccinations.
Don’t forget to bring along your child’s Blue Book!

COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations
COVID-19 vaccinations are now available at our practice. As there are strict eligibility criteria, the practice is prioritising current patients in the highest risk category first. We are not currently able to vaccinate upon request. For more information on COVID19 please click here >>
Flu vaccinations are also available seasonally. Please contact our reception team on 9399 9399 to be notified when the 2021 flu vaccine is in stock.
Men & Women’s Health Checks
For optimal health and vitality, it is important to take preventative measures and organise regular check-ups, particularly as we age. Our Doctors offer comprehensive support on a range of health topics for both men and women, including:

Skin Cancer Checks
Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, with approx two in three Australians diagnosed with some form of skin cancer before the age of 70. Therefore, The Cancer Council recommends adults check their skin and moles regularly. Ask your Doctor to examine any areas of concern and should your Doctor feel a further screening, excisions or biopsy is required, you may be referred to a specialist.
Travel Medicine
We offer a full range of travel vaccinations, including yellow fever. Please notify our Receptionist when booking your appointment if you require a travel vaccination so the vaccine can be prepared in advance. Additional costs apply for travel vaccinations.
Cosmetics
Dr Sam Hay offers cosmetic procedures at Your Doctors Randwick, including Anti-wrinkle and Filler injections.
